Keilly Ulery, Real Estate Sales Associate, graduated from Vanderbilt University in May of 2011. While earning her degree in Human and Organizational Development, Keilly was a member of the varsity women’s tennis team all four years. After graduating, she earned her license as a real estate sales associate. She possesses a keen passion and aptitude for real estate. Her areas of expertise include assistance in finding buyers and investors the ideal property for their criteria, contract negotiation, customer service, and knowledge of market trends and opportunities.
Garrett Sotillo, Real Estate Sales Associate, received his real estate license in April of 2013. His main focus lies in technical support for the company and its clients, while working closely with investors in the realms of property analysis and property management. Additionally, Garrett is President of GSGB Inc., a Florida based technology conglomerate with companies that provide enterprise IT networking and support, residential and commercial A/V and automation, and custom development. When not providing value to his clients, Garrett enjoys flying, playing tennis, fishing, and diving.
